How many children can attend a child’s party? |
|
|
A maximum of 26 participants are included in a Traditional Party. A maximum of 16 participants are included in a Mini party. |

Can I include additional participants beyond the party limits? |
|
|
Absolutely! A fee of only $10.00 for each additional participant applies. Limited to a total of 30 participants. Keep in mind that the bounce zone can accommodate a large number of adults and children. However, the party rooms will become very crowded and uncomfortable if you have more than 40 people. If you have a larger group, let us know when scheduling and we can discuss other options. |

Are there any age restrictions? |
|
|
Guests must be at least 2 years old to play on 3-2-1 Bounce equipment. However, children under 2 are allowed in the Bounce Zone with the rest of the party. For guests under 2 years of age, we provide age appropriate toys for their use during the party! |

What do I need to bring for my party? |
|
|
3-2-1 Bounce provides all supplies such as napkins, plates, and forks in quantities needed for your party. Simply bring a cake, candles of your choice, a serving utensil and matches. An attendant helps serve any drinks and cake so you can enjoy the party. |

Will each of the party guests need to individually sign a waiver? |
|
|
Yes. These are also available at the reception desk and can be signed during guest check in. You may also download the form by clicking here. This will shorten your check in time during the party. |

Do I need to be at 3-2-1 Bounce prior to the party start time? |
|
|
Yes. It is recommended that party guests and the party sponsor arrive at 3-2-1 Bounce 5 or 10 minutes before the designated party time. In the interest of everyone’s safety, we require all party participants to watch a brief safety video prior to entering the 3-2-1 Bounce Zone. In addition, this allows time for everyone to register and your party to start on time. |

Can we use our private 3-2-1 Bounce Party room while our party guests are playing in the Bounce Zone? |
|
|
If another party is not scheduled for an adjacent party time in your 3-2-1 Bounce Party room, we do allow this. We can let you know if your 3-2-1 Bounce Party room is available for use during the time your party guests are scheduled to be in the 3-2-1 Bounce Zone. |

Can I bring my own decorations? |
|
|
No. Your invited guests will have the full use of a private and festive 3-2-1 Bounce Party Zone. These areas are decorated and organized in a party theme format. You may bring in your own themed items but nothing may be hung from the ceilings or walls. |

May I bring my own party give away items for guests such as prize bags or balloons? |
|
|
Yes. For your convenience these items are also available for purchase as an option with your private party |

|
At what point do I need to confirm whether or not I want pizza or other party options such as give away goody bags or balloons for party guests? |
|
|
For your convenience, we contact you 24 hours prior to your scheduled party time to confirm your requirements. At that time, we will verify your party guest count and make sure you only order the quantities you need. In addition, at any time you may call 425-378-0321 and speak with a 3-2-1 Bounce Party Coordinator to finalize your arrangements. |

Can you let me know what quantities of pizza and beverages I should be ordering based upon my party size? |
|
|
We are happy to assist you in estimating how much you should order based on your party size and children to adult ratio. We always have extra beverages on hand should you need more than you may have anticipated. |

I would like to bring my own food. Can I do this? |
|
|
The ONLY outside food allowed into the facility are limited to these
specific items: Chips (without dips), pretzels, carrot sticks,
celery sticks, cookies and candy. |

What if I serve food to my guests that is not approved? |
|
|
For health and safety concerns, the only outside food permitted is limited to the above listed items. You will be charged a $50.00 outside food fee and the food will need to be removed from the premises. |

I would like to bring my own drinks. Can I do this? |
|
|
You may bring your own juice, soda or water as long as these beverages are served in individual plastic bottles with screw on tops or boxes (no glass for safety reasons or alcohol). |

If I find that some guests do not show up for my scheduled party how will I be charged for the party add-on such as balloons, goodie bags and pizza? |
|
|
3-2-1 Bounce wants to make sure you only pay for what you need, based on the number of guest that end up attending your party. As a result, you will never be charged for optional party items such as balloons and goodie bags that you do not need on the day of your party. If you do get more guests than you anticipated, we will make sure that additional party items are available if needed. Pizza orders are prearranged and are charged based on what you decide to order. |

I feel I might be forgetting something...is there anything else that I should plan on bringing to my scheduled party? |
|
|
Please do bring socks. Socks must be worn in the 3-2-1 Bounce Party Zones. If you do happen to forget socks, we have them for sale in various sizes at the reception desk. |

What is the cancellation policy? |
|
|
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party time. You may change your party reservation up to 14 days prior to your party date. There is no charge for this change but choices of alternate party dates are limited to availability at time of change. |
