Party Coordinator

Looking for several candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills. Our Party Coordinators enjoy a challenging and very visible role at 3-2-1 Bounce. You will supervise and oversee numerous activities for a wide range of party sizes and ages. In this responsible role you will enforce important equipment safety rules within our interactive areas. You will assist with equipment maintenance and keeping in tact the overall integrity of our facility. Provide organization and set up of party areas, assisting customers as needed from beginning to end of scheduled events and/or parties. Communicate with the public, handle all customer inquiries and questions regarding 3-2-1 Bounce services. Organize, schedule and facilitate all aspects of customer events both over the phone and during in person consultations. Handle cash and credit card transactions, documentation of reserved party options from start to final order entry. Desired skills: General computer and data entry, strong communication and customer service aptitude, a desire to work with a variety of people and age groups.

Reservations Coordinator

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service and phone communication skills. The Reservation Coordinator position holds a very visible and critical role at 3-2-1 Bounce. Organize, schedule and facilitate all aspects of customer events over the phone. Communicate with the public; respond to all customer phone inquiries and questions regarding 3-2-1 Bounce services. Handle credit card transactions, documentation of reserved party options from start to final order entry up to the customer event. Assist other staff with delivery of services as needed. Management has included a wide variety of responsibilities within this position so your career can develop through challenge and opportunity.
